- Appointment only no walk ins.
- We offer a creche service if you are unable to collect your dog at the collection time or would like to drop your dog off before the appointment time. This creche service fee is £8 an hour.
- No Shows/Missed Appointments/ or if you cancel within 48hours of your appointment a 50% charge will incur.
- Scruffy 2 Fluffy Dog Groomers Ltd request a £15 deposit when booking to secure an appointment.
